Advertiser Listing Agreement:
We appreciate your interest in advertising in our directory, the ultimate online resource connecting consumers with construction contractors and suppliers throughout the USA.
Any contractor or supplier who wants a listing in our directory must read, agree to and accept these terms of services click (submit) button in the page advertise with us.
The minimum requirements for listing on our site: Title with the name of Company or Organization, Short description of Company or Organization, Complete address, Telephone, e-mail, License information if required by state. Any listing that does not meet the minimum requirements will be rejected.
Advertiser agrees to pay by (PayPal) all applicable charges under this Agreement, All payments made under this Agreement are non-refundable. Advertiser may cancel any listing or link, and/or terminate this Agreement by canceling all listings and links hereunder, with or without cause, at any time, as follows with no further obligation of Contractorsinyourarea.com, including, without limitation, any obligation by Contractorsinyourarea.com to refund any fees paid hereunder by Advertiser.
Website owners are solely responsible for the content of their websites. Under construction websites will be rejected. Shortened URLs, redirects, cloaked URLs, tracking URL's, mirror pages, doorway pages, duplicate content, dead links, search results sites are not allowed. Sites built mainly for Google Adsense are not allowed.
Capitalize the first letters of the title and capitalize only the first letter of each sentence in the description. All UPPERCASE or all lowercase will be rejected. Do not stuff your description with keywords only. Make the description a complete sensible sentence using keywords effectively. Do not include website URL in the description.
After one year from the date of Advertiser’s Featured Listing's inclusion in the Directory, Contractorsinyourarea.com will contact Advertiser via e-mail address provided by Advertiser to Contractorsinyourarea.com at that time, Advertiser will be provided with details of how to renew its Standard Listing for another year. Should Advertiser choose to renew its Directory listing at that time. If Advertiser fails to renew its Standard Listing within 15 days after receiving an e-mail renewal notice, Contractorsinyourarea.com shall remove the listing without further notice to Advertiser.
Note: If your company appears in our Directory, if the company no longer exists and you want the listing removed, please let us know via e-mail and we will remove your listing from our directory. All disputes arising out of or related to Contractorsinyourarea.com shall be the Superior Court of Newark, NJ 07102 and each party hereby irrevocably consents thereto. Contractorsinyourarea.com reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice. You are responsible for complying with any changes to the terms and conditions within 10 days of the date of change.
This Terms of Services is effective as of Frebruary 2, 2010. By using our Site and its services, you signify your acceptance of this Terms of Services. If you do not agree or are not comfortable with any policy described in this Privacy Policy, you may discontinue use of our Site. We reserve the right to modify this Terms of Services at any time.
